Effect of the Elastic Fibers of the Interlobar artery of Kincy of the Rats by High Fat Diet and Angelica gigas Nakai Extract Administration

Abstract
|
|
|
Observation of the elastic fibers of the interlobax artery wall! of kidney in adults rats has been carried out by administering a high fat diet for 100 days and Angelica gigas Nakai extract for 20 days.
The results obained are Summarized a follows :
1. Observation of the development elastic membrane outer most layer of the adventitia in the Interlobar artery of kidney in all Groups.
2. The development of the elastic fibers in the Interlobar artery wall of kidney was much poorer in the Iunica media.
3. Highest development of elastic fiber was observed in the A, B-Ⅲ and C-Ⅲ, Groups which were standard diet and Angelica gigas Nakai extract administration groups. Also poor developmcnt of elastic fiber was observed in groups B-Ⅳ and C-Ⅱ.
4. There was high development of the elastic fiber in groups fed the Angelica gigas Nakai extract.
